Advent withdraws from NJ Proghouse “Hootenanny” due to family member’s passing
Due to the recent passing of a close family member, Advent regrets that we will no longer be able to perform at the NJ Proghouse “20th Anniversary Hootenanny” festival this coming weekend. We are very sorry for this unavoidable cancellation, but very much hope to announce another performance at the NJ Proghouse in the near future. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.
Saturday-only tickets for NJ Proghouse fest (featuring Advent)
While full two-day festival tickets are still available for the upcoming NJ Proghouse “20th Anniversary Hootenanny” festival, single-day tickets have also been added as another option. Advent to kick off NJ Proghouse 20th-anniversary fest in June
Advent is honored to be returning to the NJ Proghouse stage once again, this time to kick off a two-day festival in celebration of the organization’s 20th anniversary of hosting the best in live progressive music here in New Jersey. It will also be Advent’s live debut with new bassist Tom Hyatt, as well as the band’s first live appearance since the release of Silent Sentinel back in the summer of 2015.
The festival is being hosted on the weekend of June 15-16, with Advent opening up at 11 AM the first day. For more information about the event, including the full lineup of great NJP alumni playing throughout the weekend, please see the NJ Proghouse website. Tickets now on sale here.
